Please read before registering. Notice: After your first online payment, you will no longer receive a monthly paper bill from SST. If you wish to pay online, but want to continue receiving a paper bill, you must contact SST. SST representatives are available at 1.800.722.3450 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
To register, you must have your account number and a security code. Your account number is NOT your telephone number.
Locate your most recent SST billing statement. You’ll find your account number on the first page of your bill in the top left corner. Information providing your Security Code is located on page three of your statement. If you can’t find this information, call SST at 1.800.722.3450 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
After verifying your identity, an SST customer service representative will provide you your account information and security code. Identity verification ensures the security of your account information. Once you have your account number and your security code, you will register and set up your online billing account via your computer.
Once you register and establish a username and password, you will login with a user ID. Your user ID is either your account number or your username, whichever you selected during the registration process.
The information you submit on this site is secure and will be kept confidential. All communications are encrypted using Secure Sockets technology. Any personal information you may supply will not be shared.
At any time, you will enjoy access to your current bill as well up to 12 months of past bills. Please contact SST at 1-800-722-3450 if you have additional questions.
