Reporting Trouble

To report trouble with your internet connection or telephone line, call (918) 434-5392 in Salina, (918) 868-5392 in Kansas or 1 (800) 722-3450 if you live outside of those exchanges.  If you’re calling between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday, your call will always be answered by a live SST customer service representative.

If calling after business hours, you will be connected to our after-hours message line.  In general, troubles left on the message line will be handled as shown below.  A cable cut, fiber cut, major storm or natural disaster may prevent SST from handling troubles as scheduled.

For messages left:

After 5 pm Monday – Friday
Trouble will be handled following business day.

Between 5 pm Friday and noon Saturday
Trouble will be handled Saturday.

Between noon Saturday and 8 am Monday
Trouble will be handled Monday.

SST makes every effort to promptly handle troubles.

Priority Internet Maintenance Plan Customers

Your extended weekend coverage hours provide that troubles called in before 5 pm Saturday or 5 pm Sunday will be handled the day you called in. For additional information on priority internet maintenance, click here.
